Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 15, 2025

At Fulvaxe, we take your privacy seriously. This document explains how we handle your information when you use our services. We're based in Egypt and follow local regulations, but we know privacy matters everywhere. So we've built our practices around transparency and respect for your data.

Information We Collect

When you work with us, we collect different types of information depending on how you use our platform. Some you give us directly. Other bits we gather automatically as you navigate the site.

Personal Information You Provide

This includes what you share when setting up an account or reaching out to us:

  • Full name and contact details (email, phone number)
  • Business information for corporate accounts
  • Payment details when you use our financial services
  • Communication preferences and feedback
  • Documents you upload for verification purposes

Automatically Collected Data

Our systems capture technical information to keep things running smoothly:

  • IP address and general location data
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages you visit and how long you stay
  • Referral sources and exit pages
  • Time stamps of your activities

How We Use Your Information

We don't collect data just to have it sitting around. Everything we gather serves a specific purpose in delivering our services to you.

Purpose Data Used
Account management and authentication Contact info, login credentials
Processing transactions Payment details, transaction history
Customer support Communication records, account data
Service improvements Usage patterns, feedback
Regulatory compliance Verification documents, transaction records

We never sell your personal information to third parties. That's not our business model, and it never will be.

Data Storage and Protection

Your information lives on secure servers located in Egypt and is protected by industry-standard security measures. We use encryption for sensitive data both when it's moving across networks and when it's stored on our systems.

Our security measures include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls limiting who can view your data
  • Secure backup systems to prevent data loss
  • Employee training on data protection practices

But let's be honest — no system is completely bulletproof. We do our best to protect your information, though we can't guarantee absolute security. That's why we recommend using strong passwords and keeping your login details private.

Data Retention Periods

We keep your information only as long as necessary. Egyptian financial regulations require us to maintain certain records for specific periods, but we don't hold onto data indefinitely.

Retention Schedule

  • Active account data: Duration of account plus 6 months
  • Transaction records: 7 years (regulatory requirement)
  • Communication logs: 3 years
  • Marketing preferences: Until you opt out or account closes
  • Website analytics: 26 months

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize your data. If you close your account, we'll remove personal information within 90 days, except what we're legally required to keep.

Your Rights and Choices

Under Egyptian data protection laws and our own commitment to transparency, you have several rights regarding your personal information.

Access and Correction

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. If something's wrong, you can ask us to correct it. Most account information can be updated directly through your dashboard, but for other requests, contact our support team.

Data Portability

Want to take your data elsewhere? You can request a machine-readable copy of your information. We'll provide it in a commonly used format within 30 days of your request.

Deletion Requests

You can ask us to delete your personal information, though we might need to keep some records for legal or regulatory reasons. We'll let you know if that's the case and explain why.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@fulvaxe.online with your request. We'll respond within 15 business days and verify your identity before processing.

When We Share Information

We limit data sharing to what's necessary for running our business and serving you properly. Here's when your information might be shared:

Service Providers

We work with third-party companies that help us operate — payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and customer support tools. These partners can only access data needed for their specific functions and are contractually bound to protect it.

Legal Requirements

Sometimes we're legally obligated to share information with government authorities or regulatory bodies in Egypt. This happens when complying with court orders, tax regulations, or financial reporting requirements.

Business Transfers

If Fulvaxe is acquired or merged with another company, your information would likely be transferred as part of that transaction. We'd notify you beforehand and ensure the new entity respects your privacy rights.

With Your Consent

For anything outside these categories, we'll ask your permission first. You can always say no without affecting your ability to use our core services.

International Data Transfers

While we primarily operate within Egypt, some of our service providers are based in other countries. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure adequate protections are in place through contractual safeguards and by working only with partners who maintain strong security standards.

If you're accessing our services from outside Egypt, your information will be transferred to and processed in Egypt where our servers are located. By using our platform, you consent to this transfer.

Children's Privacy

Our services aren't designed for anyone under 18 years old. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we've accidentally gathered data from a minor, we'll delete it promptly.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information should contact us immediately at support@fulvaxe.online.

Changes to This Policy

We update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before the new policy takes effect.

The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we're protecting your information.

Complaints and Concerns

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, please tell us. We take privacy complaints seriously and will investigate thoroughly.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Egypt's data protection authority if you believe we've violated your privacy rights. We'd prefer to resolve issues directly with you first, but we respect your right to escalate concerns to regulators.
